SQLIte database and data Entry

It has come to my attention that there is not really a great app that allows you to enter data rapidly into a SQLite database (If you know of one please correct me). SQLite Browser is a perfectly good app but it dose take a lot of time when populating the information in the table. If only there was a app that allowed you to enter data in spreadsheet fashion, it would be really cool. Perhaps this is a task for later. Dare I say it but Microsoft Access did allow for quick data entry. But you pay for it. The Questions is would developers pay a few quid to purchase a professional program consisting of a GUI for SQLite data input? I think so provided the price is right.
