Modal View Controllers and Memory Management

After I dismissed my modal view controller I  released the UIBViewController which should have called dealloc. It caused a error. According to the profile tools its because It was already dealloced as It was picked up as a Zombie. Now looking into the dismissModalViewController method to see if it calls dealloc. More to come later.
